- Hourly Customer Service Representative
- Crew Leader – Responsible for several hours of non-peak periods of the day
- Assistant Manager – Responsible for daily operations of one restaurant with supervision
- Manager – Responsible for overseeing 25 to 50 employees during store operation
- General Manager – Responsible for the daily operation of one restaurant
- District Manager – Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple restaurants in one district.

The deductible for the medical insurance is $500.00 per person/per year and $50.00 deductible per person/per year for the dental.
For single coverage, $62.31 will be deducted from each of their paychecks.
For family coverage, $184.62 will be deducted from each of their paychecks.
There are a few requirements that must be met before a person can apply for insurance:
- Salaried employees must be employed for ninety days. (Once a person attains a General Manager position the personal insurance is paid by the company).
- Hourly employees must be employed for 1 year.
If a salaried or hourly employee waits past the 90 days or 1 year to apply for insurance they have to wait until the next December to sign up. Included with the Medical & Dental, the Guarantee Mutual Life application is an additional insurance policy that has no cost to the employee as long as they are employed with the company.
